seasoned backing boards - these are the boards left after slicing veneers - mixed width & thickness packs - ranges from 100mm to approx. 200mm x approx. 8mm to 20mm somtimes odd board thicker. packs approx. 1.5m3 to 2.0m3 & normallya single specie in each pack - currantly have packs of spotted gum / vic.ash / qld.silver ash / brush box/ w.a marri / jarrah with some new guinea rosewood due in approx. 2-3 weeks - @ $990 per m3 + gst. for boards that have have not been edge trimmed & $1120 per m3 + gst for packs of edge trimmed boards. thes epacks are tallied on block tally measurement. not individual pce. tally.

we accumulate over period of time timber we have rejected for various reasons / splits - severe cracking - knots - pinholes etc. we put these into mostly mixed specie packs  & mixed thickness & width packs - can range from .5m3 to 1.5m3. prices will range from $350 to $600 per m3 + gst depending on severity of problem. at presnet we have some  packs of brish box / silky oak / mixed pink species ex. nth.qld.
